Have you tried ASIO4ALL, does it see the Lambda? (you can have both drivers installed, no problem) Have you re-installed the Lambda drivers? There's something else going on with your system.

32-bit drivers and stuff, BTW, install in the Windows\SysWOW64, IIUC. All my drivers are (seem to be) installed in Windows\System32, and all of them are 64-bit, so I guess the name is just an unfortunate legacy. The Lambda driver file "Lambda DriverInstaller.exe" (v 2.6.0) contains both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the drivers, so that should be ok. I think it is W7圆4 that requires 64-bit drivers, irrespective of whether you run 32 bit or 64 bit Reaper.
Have you tried the 32-bit Reaper (32 and 64-bit can coexist on the same computer and with the same license key, just don't run both simultaneously). I can use both versions of Reaper, 32-bit as well as 64-bit. I have my Lambda on a W7圆4 pro system without problems.

I'd appreciate any suggestions on how to deal with this issue. I assume this is with the 圆4 version of Reaper but maybe the x32 version of Reaper must be used with the Lambda if the Lambda driver is x32. I've seen examples on this forum of WIN7/圆4 installations of Reaper working with the Lambda interface. The Lambda sites indicates that the current driver is WIN 7 圆4 compatible but I noticed that the Lambda drivers install in the Windows\system32 folder which makes me think that it is a 32 bit driver instead of a 64 bit driver. I noticed that the OS requirements for the 圆4 version of Reaper state that it requires 圆4 compatible drivers. I've uninstalled and re-installed Reaper a couple of times but this has not resolved the problem. The only way that I can get Reaper to close is to force a Windows shut down. I can't close Reaper through the Reaper menu system or through Windows Task Manager. Whatever is happening is consuming all of the PC's resources and I have only momentary access to other applications. Now as soon as I try to open a menu item Reaper locks up.
